Classic flick at Batemans Bay

Join us for our Thursday matinee screening of a Grace Kelly and Cary Grant classic.

Notorious cat burglar John Robie (Cary Grant) has retired to tend vineyards on the French Riviera, when a series of robberies are committed in his style. To clear his name and armed with a list of people owning the most expensive jewels around, John starts by following young Francie (Grace Kelly). When her jewels are stolen, Francie suspects John, destroying their tentative romance. John goes on the lam to catch the thief, putting himself in the clear.

• Your attendance at events supported by Eurobodalla Libraries may be digitally recorded through photographs and/or video recordings. Images may be used for promotional purposes on council’s websites, publications, social media or by newspapers. By attending this session, you agree to these terms. If you do not wish your image (or the image of your child) to be published, please notify staff before the event.
• Booking are essential as spaces are limited.
• For children’s events, children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. During an event a child’s parent or guardian must remain on the library premises but does not have to be in the event space.
• Age ranges are placed on events to ensure children have the best experience possible.
• Please do not book your child into an event if they do not meet this requirement.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow the event to run on time.

Cancellations

• Our events often book out. In consideration of others, please cancel your booking if you are no longer able to attend.

• Tickets can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the start of an event. Refunds for paid events will incur a small Eventbrite booking fee. To cancel, log into Eventbrite using the email you used to purchase your ticket.

• If you need to cancel within 48 hours and would like to discuss your situation with the Library Coordinator, please email: [email protected]

• Occasionally, Eurobodalla Libraries are required to cancel an event due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances. If we need to cancel an event you will be notified via email or telephone and the cost of your purchased ticket will be fully refunded. Events cancelled by Eurobodalla Libraries will not incur a cancellation fee.
