Master consistency and form through repetitive and intentional wheel throwing. If you’ve already taken our beginner wheel throwing series but could use further guidance, this class is for you. In this 8-week series, students will focus on throwing the same form multiple times to improve consistency. Students will sketch their pottery sets on paper and work to take them from sketch pad to the pottery wheel.
Under the expert guidance of Taylor, our skilled pottery instructor, you’ll:
✨Sketch out ideas and bring them to life.
✨Continue refining the art of centering and pulling the walls of a pot.
✨Throw intentional forms and create a full set of like items.
✨Utilize surface decoration techniques to create thoughtful pieces.
