Morning Pilates at the Charlotte Street Arts Centre focuses on total body muscle engagement. Each session will focus on movements, variations and additional challenges to basic exercises. You will be led to work on balance, flexibility, strength and muscular endurance, using mainly your own body weight. This class is designed for students 55+ but all are welcome.
