*A $931 deposit is on my credit card for the venue and the bartender with the balance due 3 weeks prior to the event. Any early payments will be appreciated so I can pay the deposit off my credit card next month.

A Case Wine
The bartender booking was alittle different than anticipated. You pay her for serving drinks. The $50 you pay for the evening includes her $300 fee. The liquor, wine, and beer has to be bought. You apply and pay $50 for a permit with the State to serve drinks for your event. The permit is included in the $50 you pay for the evening. She said the cost per drink comes out less doing it this way. I will have to buy the liquor and it is not included in the $50 you pay for the evening. NC Law doesn't allow you to charge/collect for drinks unless you are non-profit or a commercial business with a liquor license. But individuals can make a ‘donation’ to cover/defray alcohol cost. Based on the bartender estimates, I figured the recommended donation at $2 to $3 per drink will off set my out of pocket for purchasing the alcohol. She's estimates 4 drinks per person during the 4 hours. So alcohol will be purchased based on her recommendations.
Cash tips to the bartender is separate and of course optional.

Liquor 7 fifth bottles allowance set @ $25. What liquor do you prefer? Wine preferences? One case wine allowance set @ $10 a bottle, and beer preference? 3 cases beer @ $25 per case
