Join us for this fun and tasty event! You will learn how to handcraft the choux pastry dough and the delicious custard filling (crema pasticcera). Zeppole di San Giuseppe are delicious Italian pastries made to celebrate the Feast of Saint Joseph. Choux pastry filled with Crema Pasticcera (pastry cream), topped with a dollop of freshly made cream and an amarena cherry then dusted with powdered sugar. Everyone will enjoy a zeppole in class and take two home in a pastry box. This class is 2 hours in duration and class is limited to 11 people.
