Acclaimed chef Ethan Stowell joins us for a celebration of local Northwest oysters! Chef Ethan will teach you how to choose and shuck oysters in this hands-on class, and you will enjoy samples of oysters three ways as you learn: on the half shell, baked, and deep fried. Take home a stack of oyster recipes and your very own shucking knife to continue your shellfish adventures at home!
