Join Sarah Arrazola, owner & operator of St. Pete Ferments, for an afternoon of wild fermentation.
In this workshop, participants will learn the basics of making a lacto-fermented (aka wildly fermented) sauerkraut using cabbage, sea salt, and other seasonal vegetables (all supplies included in the ticket price).
This is a hands-on experience in which guests will make their own jar of freshly made sauerkraut, using Life Farm's organic ingredients, to take home and enjoy for weeks to come.
