Una clase de Vinyasa Yoga al aire libre donde podrás conectar contigo.
Sera una clase dinámica, con la profe Marly Montiel (@maemcm) donde podrás ejercitar tu cuerpo, aprender a respirar y una meditación/relajación final.
Un lugar donde también podrás conocer y conectar con personas nuevas!
Solo tienes que traer tu Mat/esterilla y si no tienes nos lo haces saber días antes y llevaremos una para ti!
Al final estaremos rifando una camiseta de la marca de la profe de yoga!

A Vinyasa Yoga class outdoors where you can connect with yourself. It will be a dynamic class with teacher Marly Montiel (@maemcm) where you can exercise your body, learn to breathe, and experience a final meditation/relaxation.
A place where you can also meet and connect with new people!
Just bring your yoga mat, and if you don't have one, let us know a few days in advance, and we'll bring one for you!
At the end, we'll be raffling a t-shirt from the yoga teacher's brand!
