Clarity Fitness x Intown Retreat

Join us at Clarity Fitness for a special edition of Lifting Club.

Think of our Lifting Club as a giant group personal training session. Nicole will put the workout of the day on the board, demonstrate the movements, and you'll move through the workout at a pace, weights, and avenue that feels good for your body that day. The instructor will float around the space ensuring proper form and be there to answer any questions that may pop up! All of our classes are modifiable and we encourage you to listen to your body.

After the 45 minute class, we will walk to Intown Retreat to recover, recharge and connect. Their sauna and cold plunge are the perfect way to end a week! In between use of the sauna and cold plunge, snacks will be available in their lounge area.
