About facilitator :
Jeet is an IASH certified Sound Practitioner with expertise in Himalayan Singing Bowls. His distinctive approach to Sound Healing sets him apart, as he skillfuly integrates Singing Bowls with the enormeous Paiste Gongs & an array of other instruments in his offerings.
In sharing his journey, Jeet conveys a profound perspective & attributes "much of healing people experience is their own making" ; he believes the magic is all in the synergy between the power of sounds & the individual's intention setting. Jeet sees his role is only a catalyst, facilitating & activating the transformation in people while the source is the intense magical mystical Sound Energy.
Chanchal is a movement enthusiast who believes in the magic of using our bodies to process emotions, heal physical pain and get that sweet endorphin boost. She first found yoga while looking to increase flexibility as the cliche goes. In the last 14 years of her practice - she has discovered that Yoga not only solved physical issues, but created a deeper sense of calm in her heart, mind, and soul. She enjoys various forms of movement - Animal Flow, Pilates, Barre, etc. She has completed her 200hr Vinyasa training with Awakening Yoga Academy, Seattle.
Her sincere goal is for people to learn how to show up for themselves, practice compassion, self-love and use their yoga practice as a time for them to turn inward and release the stresses of life.
