Are you tired of looking like Tina from Bob's Burgers every time you try to twerk?
Are you ready to finally be able to break out some killer dance moves that'll have people jaw dropped?
Do you simply just want to learn a new way to move your body and make fitness fun?
Join me on August 16th, 2025 at 1:00pm to learn how to twerk, whine and grind.
Fitness doesn't have to be boring and you deserve to feel sexy while being healthy. I will walk you through foundational dance movements of twerking, Caribbean whining and grinding.This workshop will be held in a private dance studio with no access or view from the public, so you can leave your worries & fears at the door. It is a 100% Judgement free zone! It's a space to feel empowered, sexy and have fun all while moving your body and burning those calories.
Light Refreshments, goodies and lots of fun will be provided as well as ample free parking on site.
