Saturday 16th – Clamming 101 – 10:00 AM – Learn how to collect this delicious bivalve from the waters of Mosquito Lagoon. Gathering clams has been an activity conducted in this area for thousands of years. Learn tips, techniques and recipes along with the Florida bag and size limits. Saltwater fishing license is required to keep these tasty resources. Must wearcovered shoes (no sandals or flip-flops). Park at parking lot #1 and walk across the street to the boat ramp on the lagoon side. (1 hour)
