In our journey back to wholeness as individuals, the energies of the last few years have focused on shedding. You are no longer who you think you are, or who you have been – new heart-centred qualities and values are calling you.
As Spring emerges, the emphasis is on birth. The slow inexorable phase of water/earth energies gives way to fire & air frequencies – uplifting, inspirational, free-flowing & light. It’s not about what you do, it’s about who you are being, the frequency you are bringing to life.

Cassandra has been a guide for awakening for more than thirty years as a Woman’s Retreat Facilitator, Astrologer and Soul Coach. She has shared women’s embodied wisdom internationally through retreats and individual consultations, through her writing and online courses. Cassandra empowers women to claim that which we have forgotten – our original nature within the Deep Sacred Feminine. She holds women in the truth that conscious change starts within - that we all have the capacity to sustain ourselves in Feminine presence – for it is what we truly are.
