This is to formally invite you to the First General Meeting of the CKC Abuja Old Boys Association for the year 2026, graciously hosted by the Class of 2000, as we officially kick off the new year and align on our plans, responsibilities, and commitments ahead.

1. Opening Prayer/Minute of silence for souls of Stephen Omatu and all our passed Old Boys
2. Address on the State of the Association
3. Review and Adoption of Minutes of Previous Meetings & 2025 AGM
4. Presentation of the 2026 Roadmap and Strategic Priorities
5. Presentation and Discussion of the 2026 Budget
6. Presentation of the 2025 Financial Report and Audit
7. Committee Reports:
Projects Committee (Library Project status and next steps)
Welfare & Insurance Committee
Business & Cooperative Committee (Cooperative registration update)
Diaspora Committee
Membership & KYC Drive
8. Update on:
Implementation of revised annual set dues
Sets/individuals yet to complete 2025 levy payments (appeal for immediate compliance)
9. Call for Nomination/Addition of a Financial Secretary to the EXCO
10. Any Other Business (AOB)
11. Closing Prayer & Fellowship
