• Gain practical knowledge on providing immediate medical aid to yourself and other injured individuals in emergency situations, including bleeding control and wound management.
• Guided by former Department of Homeland Security instructors who will provide training, answer your questions, and share valuable insights based on real-world events.

Agenda: 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Introductions/Course Overview

9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Civilian Active Threat Response Tactics

11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Lunch

12:30 p.m. – 3:30p.m. Basic Bleeding Control Techniques

Attire: Casual clothing. Dresses/skirts are not recommended since we will be applying tourniquets from a prone position.

What to bring: A pen and writing pad. Money for lunch.

Note: Coffee, water, and light snacks will be provided during the morning session.
