Civil Discord™ is a fast-paced, practical session that equips HR professionals and business leaders to navigate tough conversations with clarity, respect, and confidence.

Participants will learn how values, emotions, and differing perspectives shape reactions, and how to respond in ways that lower defensiveness and elevate dialogue. Through real examples and simple, repeatable techniques, this session shows how to stay grounded, curious, and professional — even when conversations get tense.

• Apply quick perspective-taking tools to shift from arguing to understanding.

Paulette is a dynamic facilitator known for transforming training into engaging interactive experiences that participants rave about. Drawing on 25+ years of leadership, sales, customer service, and project management expertise, she creates workshops that energize teams and deliver practical, actionable tools they can use immediately. Participants consistently praise her ability to make complex concepts accessible, inspire new ways of thinking, and spark real change back on the job.
