We are recruiting! Have you ever wanted to serve your community but you're not too sure where to begin? We are hosting an open night to give you the opportunity to meet the local civil defence response team RT2; find out a bit about us and what we do to, and where we can help the community. The team has a wealth of experience in and out of the rescue role, but mainly we just love recruiting those with a can-do attitude that find purpose in working as a team! We need operational and non- operational personnel, so don't be put off if you are unsure of running toward the flood, you can be just as useful in a support role.
Our Civil Defence Emergency Management Office is where we will be presenting to you, in the heart of Richmond. So come along, see what we're all about, who knows, you may just find yourself applying!
