City Park Sunrise Yoga

Sunrise Yoga has been proven to be the best way to start your day. And City Park ranks among the TOP places to practice. Join Emelie for this sunrise class to get your mind and heart ready to conquer the day. Class begins slowly as you meld yourself on your mat and works its way up into a heat building, expansive, vinyasa practice.

Location: Class will be held under the Peristyle. You can plug "42 Dreyfous Dr." into your GPS and park anywhere near the Peristyle!

There are two ticket types available:

1. Pay on Eventbrite Ticket - check out here and you're all set!
2. Pre-Pay via Venmo Ticket - check out and promptly send $10 via Venmo (@nolavibeyoga) include your name(s) + class date + class name in the description.

Details:

• Mat rentals are available for $5. Please give us a heads up ahead of time if possible!
• Suggested items to bring: mat, sweat towel & water.
