Join us for the first City of Westover WinterFest! This family friendly event will be held in the upstairs ballroom of the Westover VFW and will feature children's face painting, balloon animals, dance performances, and many activity tables for the kiddos.Hot chocolate will be served and holiday cookie decorating will be a fun way to kick of the winter holidays with your family! We hope you will join us for the outdoor Christmas Tree Lighting that will take place at 6pm.
