The City of Wausau yard waste site will be opening for the 2025 season April 2nd - November 23rd.Hours of operation are as follows:
-Monday CLOSED
-Tuesday CLOSED
-Wednesday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
-Thursday CLOSED
-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
-Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
-Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m
MATERIALS ACCEPTED:
Garden & flower debris, Grass, Leaves, Tree branches/brush
The site will be locked and gated during non-operating hours.
The site is monitored by video surveillance.
Citations will be issued to parties who leave yard waste outside the gate of the facility.
The site is for City of Wausau residents only.
The City of Wausau Appreciates you cooperation.
