The City will post the photos on our City of Walker Parks and Recreation Facebook page, where community members can vote for their favorite display. Voting will take place starting Oct 21 and the winners will be decided by a combination of community votes and a committee of City employee votes. The winner will be announced by Oct 31 and issued their prize.
