About this Event

Good Afternoon, Please join The City of Palo Alto Office of Emergency Services (OES) for Coffee and Pastries at The Palo Alto External Stakeholders Community Engagement Forum. OES will hold two External Stakeholder forums in September in commemoration of National Preparedness month. Each event will be tailored for specific groups in our Community.

16 September will focused on Community Based Organizations and Palo Alto Schools.

24 September will focus on Faith Based Organizations and Access and Functional Needs Organizations.

Event Dates: 08/16/2025 and 08/24/2025 from 9:00-11:30am

Location: Mitchell Park Community Center (The Palo Alto Room).

Please RSVP 10 day prior to event.

Your insights and feedback are invaluable in developing a more cohesive community and civic engagement. Please reply to this email and provide additional contact information if needed.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, we would appreciate any comments regarding upcoming events we can share with fellow external stakeholders. Additionally, feel free to share this invitation with relevant organizations in your area who may have a vested interest in the meeting. Info: Stakeholders will be encouraged to present their respective facility plans and staff training programs to foster shared learning and enhance collaboration. OES will share key resources and important links for the good of the group. Additional discussion item for (FBOs) on the 24th: How can OES better partner with your church when an emergency takes place and how can FBOs and OES better support each other.
