Pedal into work with the City of Orlando's Mayor Buddy Dyer for the 23rd annual Bike to Work Day!
WHEN: Friday, March 22, 2024
7 a.m.-8 a.m. Check-In/Registration at the SoDo Shopping Plaza
8 a.m.-8:30 a.m. Mayor-led group ride to City Hall Plaza
8:30 a.m.-10 a.m. Bike to Work Day Celebration at City Hall Plaza
Riders will begin gathering at 7 a.m. in the SoDo Shopping Plaza, then head out at 8 a.m. on a police-escorted group ride to City Hall.
A Bike to Work Day celebration will be set up at City Hall Plaza at 8 a.m., where downtown employees can learn more about the City’s bike projects and connect to local organizations and resources.
A limited number of Bird and Lime e-bikes will be available, at no cost, for those who want to participate in the group ride but do not own a bike. There are also a limited number of pedicabs available for those who would like to sit while enjoying the route through the heart of Downtown Orlando.
This free event is organized in partnership by the City of Orlando, SoDo District Mainstreet and reThink Your Commute (a program of the Florida Department of Transportation).
