The City of Orangeburg Parks & Recreation Department invites you to our annual Trunk or Treat along Riverside Drive in the Edisto Memorial Gardens! In addition to dozens of community businesses and organizations distributing candy, DPU invites you to their haunted River of Fear, OPTP will host a costume contest, and Orangeburg County Soil & Water along with Keep Orangeburg County Beautiful will lead educational arts and crafts! Food trucks, ODPS fire truck, and other vehicles will be on site. Bring the entire family!
