City HR September Member Forum

Please join us for the City HR Member Forum on Culture on September 24th – City Giving Day! This will be a an interactive on how to create a more agile and sustainable organisational culture.

We will be joined by Burak Koyuncu, SVP, Head of LHH Leadership Development, UK/I and International Markets (and new City HR board member) who will take us through a model of building a successful agile culture – it is not all about speed!

The member perspective will be shared by Paola Parsons, CHRO UK, HSBC Innovation Bank. As the former European CHRO for Silicon Valley Bank, Paola has first-hand experience of pivoting from an innovative, agile culture to that of HSBC.

As always our charity partners will be sharing details of their related work.

The session will be hosted by BCLP, our valued Associate Members who will also share an Employment Law update for members.
