The League of Women Voters of Sioux City will host a Sioux City Council Candidate Forum in the Rocklin Center, Western Iowa Tech Community College Campus at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Use Parking Lot 2, Entrance 6. This forum will be broadcast live on WITTV https://www.youtube.com/wittv.There will be a primary for the 9 candidates that have filed for City Council. The Candidate Forum will be for the 6 candidates who move forward after the primary.
The first half of the evening will have a panel from LWVSC and local media asking the candidates questions. In the second half, the public will be invited to ask questions. If you are unable to attend, please submit questions to [email protected] or message on LWVSC Facebook page.
The election for School Board and City Council is Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
