Join Landscape photographer Kane Artie and get your feet in the sand for a 3-hour sunset shoot down at City beach. This is a perfect spot to watch and capture the sun setting over the ocean and capture the beach in the various stages of the afternoon light as it slowly fades away.With City Beach’s Iconic blue lifeguard tower being situated on the end of one of the two groynes along the beach, it will be one of the main subjects in our images throughout the afternoon. There are multiple angles and compositions that we will explore on the day.
Being by the water with the constant crashing of waves on the beach, we will be paying close attention to how shutter speed affects the look of water movement and how we can use that to our advantage to portray water flow in our images.
