We are pleased to offer this Business Skills support session and networking opportunity regarding End Point Assessment for Customer Service and Business Administrator standards.
This session will focus on preparing for and best practice in EPA for City & Guilds Business related EPAs in Customer Service Level 2 and 3 and Business Administrator Level 3 as well as an update on apprenticeship reforms and the level 2 Administration Assistant standard.
Please register with your work/employer e mail address (not personal email). Your City & Guilds centre is also required at registration.
Parking is free but is on a first come first served basis.
