The brainchild of Neil Smith, who played this music in one of San Jose's most successful cover bands in the 90s, Citizen Flannel was formed as a way to share these awesome tunes with as many people as possible. Joined by veteran Sonoma County rhythm section of Micah Stoufer on drums and Timothy Brown on bass, and fronted by dynamic vocalist Skinny Vinny, Citizen Flannel brings a professional level of execution to every event.
