About this Event
Step behind the scenes at the Emergency Operations Center and learn how to prepare for disasters with local public safety experts at Leon County’s Citizen Engagement Series: Disaster Resilience Edition.
This interactive event will feature hands-on activities and demonstrations for the whole family. Event attendees will have a chance to win critical disaster preparedness supplies, such as a weather radio and a hurricane preparedness starter kit.
Dinner and refreshments will be provided. Please note that this event will involve walking to various sessions, but assistance will be available for those who need it.
