Step behind the scenes at the Emergency Operations Center and learn how to prepare for disasters with local public safety experts at Leon County’s Citizen Engagement Series: Disaster Resilience Edition.This interactive event will feature hands-on activities and demonstrations for the whole family. Citizens who attend the event will have a chance to win items that will be a great addition to their disaster preparedness supplies.
Dinner and refreshments will be provided. Please note that this event requires walking to and from sessions. While assistance services will be available, they are limited. We encourage all attendees to prepare accordingly for walking throughout the event.
Register at LeonCountyFL.gov/CES. Registration closes Thursday, July 25, at noon. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
