About this Event
Come celebrate a decade of local government partners and organizations supporting and advancing citizenship and immigrant inclusion efforts at the Cities and Counties for Citizenship (CC4C) 10-Year Anniversary Celebration Reception!
Join us for an evening of connecting with local government partners, organizations, advocates and leaders who are innovating and advancing citizenship and inclusion efforts across the country.
We are excited to celebrate CC4C’s ten-year milestone in Houston, which is home to the impactful Naturalize Now, Houston! Initiative. Let's toast to the past ten years and look forward to the future of our work together.
This event is invitation only as space is limited. If you have any questions, please reach out to Magaly Arteaga at [email protected]
Cities & Counties for Citizenship (CC4C) is a national network of 117 localities aimed at increasing citizenship among eligible U.S. permanent residents and encouraging cities and counties across the country to invest in citizenship programs. It is chaired by the Mayors of New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles and Seattle, with support from the National Partnership for New Americans (NPNA).
Naturalize Now, Houston! is an initiative anchored by the National Partnership for New Americans (NPNA) that aims to help reach 300,000 eligible Houstonians apply for U.S. Citizenship. NPNA, City of Houston, Harris County, and Citizenship Community Navigators at community-based organizations assist lawful permanent residents across the greater Houston area in accessing quality and affordable immigration legal services, help complete the naturalization application, and study for the citizenship exam.
