Get fit the circus way in the historic Gymnasium at the Arts Centre!Unleash your inner strongperson with exercises loved by circus practitioners worldwide. Utilising techniques including calisthenics, aerial equipment, weights and stretching, Circus Fit is open to all levels of fitness and abilities, and anyone wanting to develop their cardio, strength and flexibility in a fun and supportive space. These sessions will be led by movement expert and Master of Professional Practice in Performing Arts: Danny Lee Syme (Cirko Kali).
