Festival favorites Circus Bella return to the Gardens as part of its 12th Annual Circus in the Parks Season, bringing audacious circus feats, ringleader delights and aerial splendor, all set to an original score performed live by the beloved Circus Bella All-Star Band. Directed by Abigail Munn (aka High-Flying Abigail), the all-new show features world-class acts, local treasures, and the not-to be-missed Big Juggle, the stupendous full-company finale that also serves as a loving tribute to Circus Bella’s Pickle Family Circus roots. Like the Italian word the troupe borrowed for its moniker, Bella celebrates the beauty of the circus art form. The shows leave audiences of all ages dazzled, uplifted, and inspired by the teamwork required to perform seemingly impossible feats.
Circus Bella is excited to announce its triumphant return to the Bay Area Parks this August with an all new, open air, outdoor show: Humorous. Featuring some of the brightest Circus Talent from the Bay Area and Beyond, this performance will delight and amaze audiences of all ages in an unforgettable family event.
Humorous is a celebration of the fantabulous world we discover together through the simple gifts of wonder and laughter. Directed by Abigail Munn, the sixty-minute performance features the amazing Circus Bella Company — a diverse and talented troupe of acrobats, aerialists, jugglers, and clowns — performing to the live music of Rob Reich and the Circus Bella All-Star Band.
