Learn to weave with upcycled materials! In this workshop Betz White will teach you how to make t-shirt yarn and fabric strips for weaving from vintage sheets, old jeans and more. You’ll learn how to set up a circular weaving on an embroidery hoops and weave a variety of stitches to create a one-of-a-kind wall hanging. No prior weaving experience is needed. Basic materials are included. Please bring fabric scissors, old t-shirts in favorite colors, jeans, sheets, yarns, anything you want to try to weave!
