The class focuses on exercises targeting your abs, glutes, hamstrings, and quads using bodyweight, resistance bands, and free weights (plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.). The workout can be intense, pushing you to achieve the best results. Let's shape and tone your sexy booty!

Free for members and non members.

Suitable for all fitness level (18 years - 50 years of age)

Please wear comfortable workout attire and sports shoes.

Do bring along your sports towel and water bottle.
