How often do you notice a thought or urge and think, “Wow, I’d better not say that, or people will think I’m _____!” Fill in the blank with your personal fear: that you’re mean, callous, not smart, a pushover, insufficiently evolved, etc. But what if the people who heard you didn’t have that judgement? At this session, everyone will be encouraged to ease the brakes on suppression and listen with curiosity and bravery. Doors open at 6:45PM / session starts at 7:00PM / session ends around 9:00PM.
