We've been holding these retreats seasonaly and now with a regular group of people coming back it's becoming a wonderful community focused on exploring human connection helping us to explore judgements assumptions projections and welcoming us all on this journey of being a human.
Together through practices of Circling and Authentic Relating we develop deeper awareness of themselves and others. We discover how much more we can experience an give to each other when we decide to be with what is and witness the unfolding of the present moment.
Both Circling and Authentic Relating are a relational presence practices that involve a gathering of individuals to explore and enhance their awareness of their own and others' experiences emotions and perspectives.
The focus is on the question "what is it like to be you right now?" by moving from surface-level content communication to deeper relational interactions.
Participants are motivated to share their current sensations thoughts feelings and desires authentically without trying to alter others.
Those practices can be diverse combining meditative elements with verbal and physical expression fostering self-awareness effective communication mindfulness and personal growth opportunities.
We notice our own stories witness assumptions or projections and see what's trully there in front of us and inside us.
During our retreat apart from Circling and Authentic Relating Sessions we will offer Yoga class Sound Healing Ceremony Somatic Dance class.
You are invited to attend what feels right for you everything is an offering and invitation. We will be working one to one in small and larger group settings in glorious nature and nourished by wonderful vegan food provided by our cook Sharon Smith of Leaf and Ladle.

Facilitators
Ranjit Krishnamma has led the highly acclaimed Mastery of Self-Expression for over half his life after completing around seven years of mentorship and a one-year intensive Leadership Training. He has created many unique personal development programmes and run countless encounter groups. He currently leads Levels 1 2 and 3 of ART International's global brand of Authentic Relating.
Stuart Woodin leads Circling shamanic ritual community and group building processes. He is a certified Circling Facilitator with Circling Europe and has trained with initiated shaman Malidoma Somé and vision guide Trebbe Johnson. He has over 35 years’ experience facilitating group team and whole community processes at both corporate and grass-roots levels.
Sonia Axis is a multimodality practitioner: certified in counselling and life coaching a qualified sound therapist and Reiki Level II practitioner and a shamanic healer.
and has 25 years of practice in meditation mindset coaching and breath work. Currently on SAS Circling Facilitator with Circling Europe and on Wild Shakti Yoga Teacher Training with Debrah Curtis.

The retreat invites you into the space of shared humanity where both light and dark are equally loved and honoured. This may involve a surrender to the process of your own (un)becoming. It may allow you to slow down and shed just as the sap sinks and the leaves fall.
