All parents wonder if they are getting it right. You’re not alone. Sometimes it’s hard to tell what your child needs, what their behaviours mean and if you’re doing right by them. Imagine what it might feel like if you could make sense of what your child is really asking from you.
Circle of Security Parenting Groups give parents a map to understand their baby's and children’s emotional needs and a space to reflect on their own strengths and struggles as parents. Used worldwide, the Circle of Security Parenting approach is simple and easy to understand, very respectful and non-judgmental. It is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.

Circle of Security Parenting® is a research-based program that helps parents understand their child's emotional needs and respond with sensitivity and empathy.

- Responding sensitively to your child's needs
- Setting appropriate limits
- Helping your child manage big emotions.
