Join us for a stress management workshop designed to help you breathe a little easier and feel a little lighter. We’ll explore the physical, emotional, and behavioral signs of stress and share simple techniques to help you manage it in everyday life. We’ll flow through a gentle yoga stretch and guided meditation to help you release tension and reconnect with calm. Afterwards, we'll unwind with mimosas, light snacks, and maybe even a line dance or two!
