This powerful meditation technique is known to be life-changing. Practiced for thousands of years, Circle of Bliss (Ananda Mandala in Sanskrit) is a group meditation that invites you to sit in a circle, holding hands, while engaging in rhythmic breathwork and chakra visualizations. This practice is extremely efficient in clearing stuck emotions and blockages, and activating our kundalini energy – the feminine life force stored at the base of the spine. As the meditation moves through the chakra system, you may experience a range of emotions and reactions, including crying, laughing, shaking, and visions. The end result? Get ready to experience an otherworldly sense of bliss and overall feeling of wholeness.
