Welcome to Sacred Heart Circle"I've seen this pattern among amazing people - we have things to say, express and offer - and yet we feel like there are parts stuck inside us that we can't get fully and freely out to be seen and heard. Why? Well within our "hearts" we have remembrances of times it was not safe to be fully seen and visible for the wise people we are. Individually, we've been attacked, dismissed or silenced by the systems we work and live in, in the communities we are a part of, even by other people and parents. We carry the collective remembrance of people whose voices have been bound for centuries.
Part of our journey is to unbind + liberate the parts of our innate power that have been hidden, invisible, or masked - and harmed - so we can more fully express + be seen in our sacred work + presences and be the forces of love and JOY we came here to be.
