This year we want to widen the scope to include employee experience, factors such as job satisfaction, career growth, workload, and work environment significantly impact wellbeing.

Our HR practices in Ireland 2024 findings show there are unique challenges, including remote work, skills shortages, digital transformation, and evolving employee expectations. A broader focus allows us to address these challenges more effectively, ensuring that wellbeing strategies are relevant and impactful in todays world of work.

We also want to explore the growing role of technology and Gen AI and how a thoughtful approach is needed to use data and evidence to create custom wellbeing solutions for your organisation.

As always company examples and peer learning will be central to our approach, we will bring our CIPD 2024 award winners from the employee experience and wellbeing as well as practitioners and partners who can share diverse perspective and best practices.

A cancellation fee of 25% of the full fee will apply to cancellations received up to 13 September 2024. No refund can be made for cancellations received after 13 September 2024. A substitution may be made at any time.
