Celebrate the 30th anniversary of this iconic film and the launch of our new animal characters based on the Cathedral grotesques!Experience the joy of this delightful family classic about a piglet with very special skills. Babe tells the story of a young pig who lives on Hoggett Farm and dreams of being a sheep dog.
The heartfelt film turns 30 this year and stands up well to the test of time with the remarkable use of some animatronic animals. We are also showing this film to mark the launch of our new animal characters at the cathedral, based on our grotesques, which include a fox, longwool sheep, Richard III's boar, and peregrine.
The film screening will be relaxed and is suitable for all ages (rated PG). Children will need to be accompanied by an adult and refreshments will be available to purchase in the Cathedral.
