In Kitty, Baby Girl—a Black trans sex worker hardened by Atlanta’s streets—and AJ—a queer Mormon teen cast out and carrying only a backpack—find one another in unexpected ways. Their fragile connection, formed in a world determined to ignore them, speaks to the urgent beauty and resilience at the heart of queer and trans experiences.
