It is with broken hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Cynthia Michelle Goolsby Tredway (Brown).
She passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at her home with her husband Monte Tredway at her side.
Born on January 9, 1971 to Rondal Ray Brown and Sharon Kay Wardrup Brown, Cindy grew up in Pensacola and Granite City, Illinois, before returning to Pensacola and the Milton Florida area.
Cindy lived life to the fullest and very much enjoyed going to the beach, live bands and good music, but she loved nothing more than her family and friends.
A kind soul with a smile that will live in our hearts forever, we will never forget our beautiful, beloved Cindy.
She was preceded in death by her son, Donald Henry “Hank” Goolsby, her nephew Ronnie Wayne Brown, Jr. (Little Ronnie), her parents and her grandparents on both sides, and several aunts and uncles.
Her brother Rondal Wayne Brown passed just one month later and also walks with Cindy and our loved ones who have passed.
Surviving family includes her husband, Monte Tredway, her daughter Amanda Goolsby, Amanda and Hank’s father Scott Goolsby, nephew Matthew Connor Brown, step daughters Natalie and Alex Tredway, niece Kelly Michelle Brown and husband Michael, and her two kids Jason and Michael Jr., sister Tammie Gholson and her husband David, and her two children Morgan Gholson (Griffin) and Ryan Gholson, and her great niece Austyn Gholson.
Also survived by Aunts and Uncles, Cathy and Don Rivenburgh and their two children Brian Rivenburgh and Denise Meyers, Aunt Patsy Smith, Aunt Rosemary Brown, her stepbrother and sister James and Kathy Duncan, as well as all of her many, many friends.
A celebration of life will be held at Paddy O’Leary’s Irish Pub on Saturday Oct. 25th at 11:00am
