Join us as Belonging Youth Ballet brings the magical Cinderella story to life on stage this April! Our ballet is a retelling of the classic fairytale. Cinderella’s life is a dreary one, as she is stuck at home and put to work by her ridiculously silly Stepsisters and unkind Stepmother. Though she does have her adorable Mice, sweet little Bluebirds, and a very naughty Cat to keep her company.The Stepsisters are giddy with excitement after receiving an invitation to the Prince’s ball, though when the time comes, Cinderella is left behind warming herself beside the fireplace. An ethereal world awaits, and her Fairy Godmother changes everything with a sprinkling of fairy dust! The Fairy Godmother’s Fairies of the Four Seasons bring Cinderella gifts and help her prepare for the ball. A dashing Prince, a midnight clock, a hasty exit, and an elegant slipper all follow in this beloved story for all ages.
