Cinco de Mayo Mexican food board cooking class

Looking to spice up your 5 de Mayo celebration? Join me for an exciting culinary adventure as we create a Cinco de Mayo Food Board containing something for everyone. All levels welcome. Class is suitable for meat lovers and vegetarians.

This is an in-person, hands-on cooking class where you will learn how to set up a food board containing:

1. Crispy tofu (vegetarian)
2. Chicken Fajitas
3. Fried beans
4. Raw salsa verde
5. Mexican cream
6. Avocado
7. Tortillas to assemble the tacos

Put on your apron and let's get cooking!
