- Final entry for ticket holders is 1am
- Management reserve the right to refuse entry
- Valid photo ID is required for entry [18+ only & Challenge 25]
- Ticket refunds will be processed if requested 48 hours before the event, there will be strictly no refunds after the event.
- In the event of a refund - the booking fee cannot be refunded.
- We operate a search policy and may ask anyone attending one of our events to take part in a search
