2024 will be our 14th annual party.

In past years, our parties have had a lot of features. We made add those to 2024. We may add some new party features too. Stay engaged with us and tell us what you think and want for 2024. Past party features include...

• Massive block party incorporating 50 bars in the neighborhood
• Street Festival. We blocked off the street. Built a stage. Had a music festival. Street vendors. Outdoor bars. Drinking in the street.
• Family friendly part of the event during the day.
• Liquid Nitrogen Margaritas. -320 degree LN to instantly freeze a margarita. So cold it freezes the Tequila too. Tastes like a boozy sorbet.
• Crazy drink specials. $5 house margs all day. Progressive drink special starting at $1.
• Premium drink specials
• Live music. Mariachi. DJs. Bands.
• Facepainters.
• Holiday vendor markets.
• Tequila Seminars
• VIP room
• Cultural perfomances like Mariachi and Folklórico
